I absolutely LOVE Hoover Upright Vacuum UH30010COM! I purchased this based primarily on YouTube videos and Amazon reviews. My home is 4,000 square feet of hardwood floors with Persian carpets spread out over 3 stories.

My old upright unit was cumbersome and I could only vacuum the carpets in one direction. The Hoover with the automatic height adjustment will go in any direction on these rugs. With my old vacuum (a Shark Infinity) I had to constantly stop, turn of the vac, change the setting from floor to rug and adjust the height. I no longer have to do this. Between the auto height adjustment and the extra long cord, I have cut my vacuuming time from 2.5 hours down to 45 minutes.

The Hoover Upright Vacuum does an excellent job of extracting dog hair out of my carpets with only one pass, and does not blow it around on the hardwood. The extra shoulder vac is also fabulous although the attachments seem to fall off easily. I would recommend this Hoover to anyone. My only regret is that I did not purchase it sooner.
